Salesforce Consultant

Requirements

  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in Salesforce-related roles
  • Client-Facing Skills: You excel at engaging with clients and managing relationships effectively

  • Presentation: You’re very comfortable presenting and speaking to stakeholders
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and SOQL.
  • Experience with Apex, JavaScript, and JSON for custom development.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning components and Visualforce.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce security and sharing models.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary consultant on a wide variety of projects.
  • Design, build, and implement Salesforce solutions that address client needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and challenges.
  • Stay up to date on Salesforce technologies and best practices.
  • Provide guidance and expertise to clients and team members
  • Manage project teams including software developers and implementation specialists with assistance from the Project Leader.
  • Maintain an efficient response time to client communications.
  • Plan customer calls and define weekly agenda topics with assistance from the Project Leader.
  • Lead weekly customer calls with limited assistance from the Project Leader.
  • Present Salesforce solutions to clients during customer calls.
  • Conduct internal debrief meetings immediately following each client call.
  • Architect and design software solutions.
  • Client interaction (co-leading meetings & communicating with clients): 40 percent
  • Delegation/working with team: 25 percent
  • Salesforce build: 25 percent
  • Project scoping: 10 percent
